If you want to download a picture then call up the one you want...hold your curser to the right of it and look for a pop out bar. at the bottom is a yellow folder with green arrow that says, "save photo". click and save it where you want on your computer. Do not just right click and save the photo as this is NOT the full, original file. not the best for printing. Please do not print at Walmart. they can not handle full professional files and they will not be best quality. I recommend you order from this site. It is the easiest and best quality..professional grade paper and already uploaded to them so easy on you. I love lustre. enjoy and call if you have ques. Always Double CHECK your CROP in checkout.
